Important: We are a credit repair organization as defined under federal and state law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not guarantee specific results or credit score improvements.
⚖️ 3. Your Legal Rights

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to:

  • Cancel your contract without penalty within 3 business days of signing
  • Receive a written contract that details the services to be performed
  • Sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA

Pricing: Our service packages range from $50 (DIY eBook) to $1,097 (Elite Package). All prices are clearly stated on our website and in your service agreement.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we are unable to achieve any improvement to your credit profile within the agreed timeframe, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must have provided complete and accurate information
  • You must have responded to our requests for information in a timely manner
  • You must not have engaged in activities that negatively impact your credit during the service period
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion

No Advance Fees: In compliance with CROA, we do not charge or collect any fees until we have provided the agreed-upon services.

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  2. Respond promptly to requests for documentation or information
  3. Review your credit reports and notify us of any changes
  4. Refrain from making unauthorized credit inquiries during the service period
  5. Not apply for new credit without consulting with your credit specialist
  6. Follow the credit-building recommendations provided
  7. Maintain responsible financial behavior during and after service
🚫 6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guaranteed Results: While we have helped many clients improve their credit scores, we cannot guarantee specific results. Credit score improvements depend on numerous factors including the nature of negative items, creditor cooperation, and your financial behavior.

We do not:

  • Provide legal advice (consult an attorney for legal matters)
  • Remove accurate information from credit reports
  • Create new credit identities or Social Security numbers
  • Advise you to make false statements or misrepresent information
  • Guarantee approval for loans, credit cards, or funding

Timeframes: Typical results are seen within 30-90 days, but some cases may require more time depending on complexity and creditor response times.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information:

🔄 8. Cancellation and Termination

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel this contract without penalty within 3 business days from the date you signed the contract. To cancel, send a written notice to: credit@fixwithdon.com or call (561) 621-0626.

Cancellation After 3 Days: After the initial 3-day period, you may cancel at any time with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for services already rendered.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • You fail to provide requested information or documentation
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You fail to make required payments
  • You violate these Terms of Service
⚠️ 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for actions or inactions of credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us via:

  • Email to the address you provided
  • Phone calls or text messages to the number you provided
  • Mail to your physical address

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but you cannot opt out of service-related communications necessary to perform our services.

🏛️ 11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact us first at credit@fixwithdon.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue.

Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other equitable relief.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
