By accessing or using EarnWithDon Credit Repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and EarnWithDon Credit Repair ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

EarnWithDon Credit Repair provides the following services:

• Credit report analysis and review
• Dispute preparation and submission to credit bureaus
• Credit building strategies and mentorship
• Business funding guidance and consultation
• Educational materials including eBooks and resources
• LLC setup assistance and business credit building

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to:

• Cancel your contract without penalty within 3 business days of signing
• Receive a written contract that details the services to be performed
• Sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA
• Dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, free of charge

Pricing: Pricing for our service packages is explained during your free consultation and stated in your written service agreement before any services begin.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we are unable to achieve any improvement to your credit profile within the agreed timeframe, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have provided complete and accurate information
• You must have responded to our requests for information in a timely manner
• You must not have engaged in activities that negatively impact your credit during the service period
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion

No Advance Fees: In compliance with CROA, we do not charge or collect any fees until we have provided the agreed-upon services.

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
2. Respond promptly to requests for documentation or information
3. Review your credit reports and notify us of any changes
4. Refrain from making unauthorized credit inquiries during the service period
5. Not apply for new credit without consulting with your credit specialist
6. Follow the credit-building recommendations provided
7. Maintain responsible financial behavior during and after service

We do not:

• Provide legal advice (consult an attorney for legal matters)
• Remove accurate information from credit reports
• Create new credit identities or Social Security numbers
• Advise you to make false statements or misrepresent information
• Guarantee approval for loans, credit cards, or funding

Timeframes: Typical results are seen within 30-90 days, but some cases may require more time depending on complexity and creditor response times.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information:

• All information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable privacy laws
• We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• We may share information with credit bureaus, creditors, and service providers as necessary to perform our services
• You may request access to your data or request deletion at any time

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel this contract without penalty within 3 business days from the date you signed the contract. Cancellation After 3 Days: After the initial 3-day period, you may cancel at any time with written notice. You will be responsible only for payment for services already fully performed before you cancelled.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You fail to provide requested information or documentation
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to make required payments
• You violate these Terms of Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for actions or inactions of credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us via:

• Email to the address you provided
• Phone calls or text messages to the number you provided
• Mail to your physical address

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but you cannot opt out of service-related communications necessary to perform our services.

Informal Resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact us first at info@earnwithdon.net. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue.

Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Your CROA rights: Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or any other consumer protection law. Any waiver of those rights is void and will not be enforced.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other equitable relief.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending you an email notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and EarnWithDon Credit Repair regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

When you request your credit report through our website, your enrollment is processed by MyFreeScoreNow Inc. ("MyFreeScoreNow"), our credit monitoring partner. MyFreeScoreNow is partnered with Equifax.

Identity verification: To protect you from identity theft and fraud, the information you provide (including your name, address, date of birth, Social Security Number, email address and mobile phone number) is sent to MyFreeScoreNow and may be used, together with trusted third-party identity verification and fraud prevention services, to confirm your identity.

Phone and text messages: Your mobile phone number may be used for authentication. If you are eligible for enrollment, a text message (SMS) containing a secure, time-limited verification link may be sent to your mobile device, or the link may be sent to your email address. Message and data rates may apply.

Authorization to obtain your credit information: By submitting the registration form, you provide written instructions in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, authorizing MyFreeScoreNow to obtain your credit information from the personal credit report maintained by one or more nationwide credit reporting agencies, and to access your personal credit information in order to confirm your identity and display your credit information and/or score to you.

Third-party access: You consent to MyFreeScoreNow and EarnWithDon gaining access to your credit report, and you understand and agree that any third party's access to and use of it may also involve the use of third-party software.

Credit monitoring subscription and payment: The credit monitoring membership is provided and billed by MyFreeScoreNow, not by EarnWithDon. The membership has a one-time $1.00 activation fee, starts with a 7-day trial, and then renews automatically at $29.90 per month until you cancel with MyFreeScoreNow. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payments for the membership are made directly to MyFreeScoreNow and no refunds are applicable. The refund terms in Section 4 apply only to EarnWithDon's own services.

Your security: Your Social Security Number, MyFreeScoreNow password and payment card details are transmitted securely to MyFreeScoreNow and are never stored by EarnWithDon. MyFreeScoreNow's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your membership.
