1) Information We Collect

Identity & Contact: name, email, phone, address.
Credit-related: goals, dispute details you submit, last-4 SSN (optional).
Credit report enrollment: when you request your credit report, you provide your date of birth, full Social Security Number, a MyFreeScoreNow password and payment card details. These are transmitted securely and directly to our partner MyFreeScoreNow Inc. for identity verification, account creation and payment. We do not store your SSN, date of birth, MyFreeScoreNow password or card number.
Usage/Device: IP, pages viewed, browser, device, approximate location.
Payments: via PCI-compliant processor; we never store full card numbers.
Comms: emails, SMS/MMS, call recordings (where lawful, with notice).

2) How We Use Information

Deliver credit repair, mentorship, and funding-prep services you request.
Send account notices, progress updates, reminders (email/SMS/calls).
Security, fraud prevention, debugging, and analytics to improve performance.
Legal compliance with the FCRA, CROA, and state rules.

MyFreeScoreNow (partnered with Equifax): your name, address, date of birth, SSN, email and phone are shared with MyFreeScoreNow and its identity verification providers to confirm your identity, create your credit monitoring account and display your credit information. With your consent, MyFreeScoreNow shares your credit report with us so we can prepare your consultation.
Processors: hosting, analytics, messaging/SMS, email, CRM, payments—under DPA contracts.
Compliance/Safety: when required by law or to protect rights/security.
Business transfers: merger/acquisition with required notice.
No sale for money. Limited "sharing" for ads may occur; you can opt out (see Section 6).

4) Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Privacy Notice

Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing of their nonpublic personal information. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information.

What we collect: nonpublic personal information such as your name, address, email, phone number, Social Security Number and date of birth (transmitted to MyFreeScoreNow for enrollment), credit report and credit history information, account balances and payment history shown on your credit report, and information about the services you purchase from us.
Whom we share it with: (a) service providers that help us operate our business (hosting, CRM, email/SMS, payment processing), under contracts that require them to keep your information confidential and use it only to provide services to us; (b) MyFreeScoreNow and its identity-verification partners, to verify your identity, enroll you in credit monitoring and make your credit report available to us with your consent; (c) credit bureaus and creditors, when you authorize us to submit disputes on your behalf; and (d) government agencies, courts or others as required or permitted by law (for example, to respond to a subpoena or to prevent fraud).
What we do not do: we do not sell your nonpublic personal information, and we do not share it with nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not have affiliates that use your information for marketing.
How we protect it: we use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal law, including encryption in transit and access controls (see Section 7).

5) SMS/Text (TCPA)

By providing your number, you consent to texts about your account and services. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you enroll for your credit report, your mobile number may also be used for identity authentication, and MyFreeScoreNow may text you a secure verification link.

6) Cookies, Analytics & Ad Tracking

We use necessary cookies, analytics, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which lets Meta and us measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms based on your visits to this site. Manage cookies in your browser and via our banner (where shown).

How to opt out of ad tracking:

Meta ads: update your settings at facebook.com/adpreferences (including "Activity information from ad partners").
Interest-based ads from participating companies: use the Digital Advertising Alliance tool at optout.aboutads.info.
Browser controls: block or delete third-party cookies, use your browser's tracking protection, or enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

7) Security

Encryption in transit, access controls, hardened hosting, vendor due-diligence, and audit logs. No method is 100% secure—report issues to the contact below.

8) Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed for services, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify.

9) Your Privacy Rights

CCPA/CPRA: know/access, delete, correct, limit sensitive data, opt-out of "sharing."
GDPR (EEA/UK): access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, portability; withdraw consent anytime.
Children: not directed to under-13s (or 16 in some regions).

10) Your Choices

Emails: unsubscribe in any message.
Texts: reply STOP.
Cookies and ad tracking: control via browser/banners and the opt-out links in Section 6.

11) State Notices

We honor applicable privacy rights in CA, CO, CT, UT, VA, and other states upon verifiable request.

12) Do Not Sell/Share

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To opt out of any "sharing" for ads, use the opt-out links in Section 6, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or contact us using the info below.

13) Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted.
