Cancellation & Refund Policy

In short: your consultation with us is free. The credit monitoring membership is sold and billed by MyFreeScoreNow: $1.00 today, then $29.90/month after a 7-day trial, and those payments are non-refundable. We never charge for credit repair services before they have been fully performed, and you can cancel our services without penalty within 3 business days of signing.

1. Free consultation

Your consultation with EarnWithDon Credit Repair costs nothing. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time using the link in your booking confirmation or by contacting us.

2. MyFreeScoreNow credit monitoring membership

To review your credit report during the consultation, you enroll in a credit monitoring membership provided by MyFreeScoreNow Inc. (partnered with Equifax). This membership is a separate agreement between you and MyFreeScoreNow, and all payments for it are made directly to MyFreeScoreNow, not to EarnWithDon Credit Repair.

Today: a one-time $1.00 activation fee.
After your 7-day trial: $29.90 per month, charged automatically to the card you provided, until you cancel.
How to cancel: log in to your MyFreeScoreNow account or contact MyFreeScoreNow customer support. To avoid the $29.90 charge, cancel before your 7-day trial ends. After you cancel, you won't be billed again.
Refunds: MyFreeScoreNow membership payments, including the activation fee, are non-refundable, as disclosed before you pay.
Because MyFreeScoreNow bills the membership, EarnWithDon Credit Repair cannot cancel it or issue refunds for it. We're happy to point you to the right place if you need help.

3. EarnWithDon Credit Repair credit repair services

Our credit repair services are provided under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state law.

No advance fees: we do not charge or collect any payment for credit repair services until those services have been fully performed.
Written contract: before any services begin, you receive a written contract describing the services, the total cost, the timeframe, and your rights, together with the "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" disclosure.
3-day right to cancel: you may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days after the date you sign it. To cancel, send a signed and dated written notice (the Notice of Cancellation form in your contract, or any written notice) to info@earnwithdon.net or by mail to 1501 Belvedere Road Suite 500, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.
Cancelling later: after the 3-day period you may cancel at any time with written notice. You are only responsible for services already fully performed before you cancelled.
Money-back guarantee: if we are unable to achieve any improvement to your credit profile within the timeframe in your contract, you may request a refund of fees paid for those services, provided that you gave us complete and accurate information, responded to our requests in a timely manner, and did not take actions that negatively affected your credit during the service period. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion. See Terms of Service, Section 4.

4. Your rights

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost. You can get free copies of your credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com. No one can legally remove accurate and timely negative information from a credit report.
